Professional Management Accountant

I am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) as well as a UNISA graduate with B. Com degree.

I started my career in the 70’s on manual accounting systems and have progressed to the computerised systems of today. During this time, I have always been very involved with the process of developing and management of computerised accounting systems. My role included extensive management and financial reporting. I have accumulated over 40 years’ experience in both management and financial accounting.

This experience has been gained mainly in SME’s and NPO’s covering a wide range of industries such as, engineering, insurance, timber agency, estate agencies and health.

Through the years I have gained extensive experience on several accounting packages, such as Pastel, Sage 50, Quick Books and Palladium as well as other management tools, Excel and Word.

I have been both a member and director of 5 different companies and have fulfilled the role of both financial manager and financial director.

I am a registered Member in Practice with CIMA and have been since 2019.
