Labour costs in most company’s form a large percentage of overall costs which requires added attention to ensure that accurate records are kept.  Payroll is also a very sensitive issue with staff especially as it involves not only their monthly or weekly income but also records leave allocations, pension contributions and other sensitive information. What we do

We offer a full payroll service that covers the whole of the SADC region as well as Mauritius and the Seychelles. This service includes registration and employee management with all required statutory bodies, pension fund, medical aids, and unions.

We use the age Business Cloud Payroll Professional which is linked to Employee Self Service. This allows employees to view their own payroll records at any time and at their leisure without having to engage with the administrative office.

This system produces monthly journals or can be integrated with your current accounting software to ensure an error free recording of all your payroll cost.
